Disclosure of Efficacy of Services Provided: J&W will, on a best-efforts basis, provide its services to Client. The measurable and quantifiable results of J&W’s work may, at times, exceed or fall short of reasonable expectations by Client. No guarantee is made nor implied that Client will experience any significant improvement in business revenue, number of clients retained or acquired, phone calls, emails, or other leads, in-office or phone consultations, PDF book downloads, or any other results for the Client now, or in the future. Results vary, and depend on many factors, including Client’s use of the book, the economy, and other unknown factors.

Ownership of Work, Intellectual Property and Results: Client maintains all rights to all services provided by J&W to Client. Client owns their book’s content, ISBN#, cover art, Amazon, Kindle and 48 Hour Books accounts, widget, book pdf, and physical copies of their book, including the right to disseminate or use their book or its contents for commercial purposes or for any reason deemed useful by Client. J&W provides Speak-a-Book™ services only and does not include any services not contemplated specifically in this agreement.

How to Amend or Terminate this Agreement: Amendments to the agreement or a termination request must be memorialized through email with receipt and agreed to by both Parties. Request to amend or notice to terminate must be given before completion of the initial book phone interview. Once this interview has been completed, no refunds will be given.
